Shocking Pen - The Christian Bale Guide to Co-Worker Ettiquette

 

Yesterday we heard about a little audio file in which Christian Bale screamed at the Director of Photography on the Terminator: Salvation set back in July.  The DP mistakenly walked into a scene and Bale wasn’t happy.  That audio recording is EVERYWHERE this morning.  They talked about it on the Today Show, it was on every morning radio show – everyone is talking about it.

People speaking on behalf of Bale say that he was exhausted and trying to complete an intense scene.  But is it really okay to treat someone the way that Christian Bale did?  For those of you who haven’t heard the recording, it’s a 4-5 minute rant of Bale yelling at the DP and it’s not pretty (be warned if you choose to Google it – there is a LOT of strong language).

We understand that stars can be divas but basic human kindness needs to play a part as well.  We were shocked by Bale’s behavior and we think maybe he needs to consider a trip to the anger management counselor.  At least it was a good lesson for the rest of us on how NOT to treat others – there’s always a lesson.

If you listened to the tape, you were as shocked as we were to hear the angry rant of Christian Bale.  It wasn’t hard to pick which product to blog about this morning.  Although be warned, if you work with Christian Bale and you give him this pen you may be putting yourself in harms way.  But for everyone else - just give the Shocking Pen to an unsuspecting victim and watch them receive a shocking surprise!
