 It’s weird to think someone thought it would be a good idea to create frozen treats made from pickle juice.  And it's harder to believe someone tried it and liked it!  We wondered...  is this one of those crazy ideas that should have died a quick death right from the beginning?  Nope!   As a matter of fact, this was an idea that was downright yummy and brilliant!
