We love selling our crazy fun products at PerpetualKid.com! Sometimes we focus so much on the fun that we forget all about the functional side of our products and every once in a while it’s nice to get a heartwarming reminder.
The other day our customer service department received a very nice letter from a lady raising her disabled child. She had recently purchased several of our Temperature Controlled Faucet Lights, enough for every faucet in her home. Most customers purchase this product because it’s just plain cool but she had a completely different motive.
Her son is able to reach the faucets and understands hot and cold but unfortunately sometimes he confuses the hot and cold handles. By placing the Temperature Controlled Faucet Lights on all of her faucets she has taught her son to wait for the color before putting his bare hands under the water stream. Blue (cold) is good while red (hot) is not.
We just love hearing stories like this and we think it’s definitely one worth sharing. The Temperature Controlled Faucet Light is a fun product for most of us but for those of us dealing with small children or special circumstances it can be a very useful tool as well!
